Would you be able to write in the card and mail it for me?

Absolutely! Just mark the card as a gift and write your gift message. We’ll hand write it inside the card and mail it to the recipient.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are shipped the following business day. Depending on the size and scope, custom orders take anywhere from two to five business days to complete.

We ship via:
- USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail International (typically 2-4 weeks)

International orders may take longer depending on how long it takes to clear customs. We’ve seen packages delivered in less than two weeks while some have taken up to six weeks.

Can I get a card or envelope in a different color?

Please send us a message before you order and we will do our best to make it happen. Most requests are doable and won’t cost anything extra.

How many cards come in a set?

Most of our designs are available for purchase as a single card or in sets of 5 and 10.

The listings will be clearly marked as such but please read the description to make sure you are purchasing the correct quantity.

Why are your cards so much more expensive than the other sellers on Etsy?

Our cards are handcrafted using only premium materials. With the exception of our printed and printable cards, all are made entirely by hand without the aid of a computer.

We use 100 lb recycled kraft and 110 lb white cardstock as well as 140 lb artist quality cold press watercolor paper, archival inks, and professional watercolor pigments.

Each set is carefully cut, stamped, embossed, or hand painted and takes several hours to make from start to finish. The result is a truly high quality product that is well worth the price.
